Aug 25 - Sault Ste Marie

In front of over 400+ fans, Canadian Wrestling Entertainment entertained the fans of Sault Ste Marie, Ontario. "Boiling Point" was CWE's return to SSM with WWE Legend Kamala. Besides Kamala the fans saw the return of "Carney" Cody Deaner, the Italianos, and a few new faces!

Besides Kamala, CWE presented a tournament to crown a new Ontario Champion. The previous champion Robbie McAllister took the belt with him when he signed his WWE contract. After months of negotiations CWE was able to obtain the belt once again, and Boiling Point was the event CWE established with a tournament which culminated in a ladder match to crown a new Ontario Champion.

Match #1 - First Round Ontario Title Tournament Match
"Mid-East Mauler" Hercules Aseev vs Super Kamikaze

This match showcased the eternal battle between Strength and Speed. Hercules Aseev showcased his impressive strength repeatedly, but was caught by the speed and aerial tactics of Super Kamikaze.

Winner: SUPER KAMIKAZE (advances to Ladder match finals)

Match #2: First Round Ontario Title Tournament Match
MASKED HIDEOUS BLOB vs EDWARD OSBOURNE

Blob came out with his new "blobble" maker and danced around all the bubbles is in the ring. He seemed more interested in his bubbles then he did with his opponent. Edward then attacked him from behind and the match went underway. Blob pulled out all his Blobby moves but was not enough to get the duke on Edward. Edward won the match with an impressive lung blower. After the match, Blob almost suffered an even greater defeat as his "blobble maker" wasn't making him any bubbles - after a few tense moments the Bubbles started to appear and the simple minded Blob was back in his glory - dancing around his bubbles in blissful glee, seemingly not caring whatsoever about losing his match.

Winner: EDWARD OSBOURNE (advancing to Ladder match finals)

"Simply Irresistible" Joey Valentine came to the ring unexpectedly grabbed the mic and ran down the fans of CWE and all of Sault Ste Marie. Sault Ste Marie's own OTIS IDOL interrupted Mr. Valentine's diatribe and offered to kick his butt right here and now instead of waiting for their match later that evening. Mr. Valentine headed back to the locker room to further prepare for their encounter later that evening.

Match #3: "CARNEY" CODY DEANER vs KAMALA

The Carney came out to the ring with his trademark bucket. Could this be a possible return of his "Throw the ball in the bucket" game? Cody announced that many of the fans accused him of cheating with the games he had played previously, so he wanted to come back to the Sault to show the fans that he is on the level, he has changed and he will play his games honestly. Carney picked a little girl from the crowd and played his "Throw the ball in the bucket game". The rules are simple. Throw the ball in the bucket 3 times and she would win the teddy bear. On the third throw Cody pulled the bucket out of the way and cheated the little girl. Cody laughed and was so happy that he fooled the fans of CWE again.

Just then the Ugandan Giant Kamala came to the ring and he was carrying with him a South Side Strangler T Shirt. Kamala wanted Cody to play the game himself. Cody never loses his game. Cody wanted that Strangler t-shirt so he agreed to play. On the third throw, Kamala pulled back the bucket and the ball fell to the mat. Cody was beside himself as he NEVER loses!!

Cody then attacked Kamala and the match started. Cody had a foreign object hidden in his trunks and he kept it hidden and attacked Kamala repeatedly throughout the match. Kamala was able to get the object away from Carney and was then on the attack. He hit a splash on Cody and got the pin.

Winner: KAMALA

Match #4: "Simply Irresistible" JOEY VALENTINE vs OTIS IDOL

Valentine came to the ring with his hand mirror as he believed that he was the only good looking person in all of Sault Ste Marie. Hometown hero Otis Idol came down to the ring to a tremendous ovation from his hometown crowd. Despite his best efforts Mr. Valentine could not overcome the force of Otis Idol and his home town fans.

Winner: OTIS IDOL

Match #5: CWE Tag Team Title match
ITALIANOS (champions) vs ???

As Gentleman Geoff started to introduce the match, The South Side Strangler #1 interrupted on the CWETRON with a special message. He stated that he had something much better to then fight "those dirty Italians". However, he did find someone who could take care of business for him and that man was JESSY JONES.

Jessy came to the ring and announced his newest client, and his tag team partner for the evening, the "smarter, classier, stronger and better looking" brother of Fire Captain Burns, Magnificent Matthew. Matthew joined his new manager and they took it to the Italianos tooth and nail in an attempt to win the CWE Tag Team Championships.

Jessy Jones grabbed the CWE belts and tried to smash one of the Italianos with the belt while the refs back was turned. However the ref was able to see this just in time and thwarted his efforts. While the referee was fighting with Jessy Jones, the Italianos grabbed the belt and smashed Magnificent Matthew in the head with the belt. Matthew, now bleeding from the head, went down like a sack of potatoes and was quickly covered for the 1..2..3.

MAIN EVENT: Ladder match for CWE Ontario Championship
EDWARD OSBOURNE vs SUPER KAMIKAZE

This match was high adrenaline from bell to bell. Kamikaze pulled out high flying impact moves all over the place. Edward pulled out a pair of folding chairs at one point, and set them up in the ring so he could lay a ladder across them. Edward led Kamikaze over to the ladders and delivered a devastating piledriver right onto the ladder, almost snapping it in two. Edward turned the ladder over and set it up again... he climbed the biggest ladder in the ring and brought the prone Super Kamikaze with him and delivered a devastating powerbomb right through the ladder!! That was all it took as Super Kamikaze was not moving any longer. Edward climbed the ladder and took down the belt and became the NEW CWE Ontario Champion.
